Tour21 is a house tour planning tool that allows users to organize real estate listings into printable tour schedules. The Service uses publicly available listing data sourced from realtor.ca.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data from the Service.
  • Reproduce or redistribute the Service's content for commercial purposes without written consent.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at our help page if you suspect unauthorized use.

5. Third-Party Content

Listing data displayed in the Service is sourced from realtor.ca and belongs to the respective listing owners. Tour21 makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party listing data.

6. Intellectual Property

The Tour21 name, logo, and Service design are the intellectual property of Tour21. You may not use them without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tour21 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
